Delivery is charged at R55 anywhere in South Africa. Parcels will be dispatched on the following working day after payment has been received. We use a combination of courier and counter-to-counter service.
Delivery to main city centers is via courier and takes 1 – 3 days from dispatch.
Orders to outlying areas are sent via counter-to-counter post and can take up to 7 working days.
You will be emailed a tracking number and an estimated delivery time as soon as your parcel has been dispatched. Please ensure that you include a phone number for the courier to contact you.
Returns received within 10 days in a saleable condition will be issued a full refund or exchange. Cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns received after 10, but within 30 days in a saleable condition will be issued an exchange at our discretion. Cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns received after 30 days, or goods received in an unsaleable condition (soiled, dirty, torn), will not be refunded or exchanged. Cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty goods received within 30 days will be issued a full refund or exchange. In this case, cost of shipping is the responsibility of Lonzi&Bean.
