Delivery & Returns
Standard delivery is charged at R55 anywhere in South Africa. Parcels will be dispatched on the following working day after payment has been received. We use a combination of courier and counter-to-counter service depending on the area.
Delivery to main city centres is via courier and takes 1 – 3 days from dispatch.
Standard shipping to outlying areas are sent via counter-to-counter post and can take up to 7 working days. NB we are currently having post office issues and outlying areas can take 2 weeks. Please choose 'outlying areas express shipping' if you would like to use a specialist courier for R99 to get it delivered sooner. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if your'e unsure if you're in an outlying area.
You will be emailed a tracking number and an estimated delivery time as soon as your parcel has been dispatched. Please ensure that you include a phone number for the courier to contact you.
RETURNSReturns received within 10 days in a saleable condition will be issued a full refund or exchange. Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Lonzi&Bean will pay for a new item to be delivered.
Returns received after 10, but within 30 days in a saleable condition will be issued an exchange at our discretion. Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Lonzi&Bean will pay for a new item to be delivered.
Returns received after 30 days, or goods received in an unsaleable condition (soiled, dirty, torn), will not be refunded or exchanged. Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty goods received within 30 days will be issued a full refund or exchange. In this case, Lonzi&Bean will reimburse customers for postage (not courier) costs incurred. Parcels must be sent via standard tracked post through the SA Post Office to: PO Box 46, Strubensvalley, 1735.
