Standard Returns Policy

Sale Items
No returns or refunds on sale items.

Faulty goods received within 30 days will be issued a full refund or exchange. Cost of shipping is the responsibility of Lonzi&Bean.

Returns received within 10 days in a saleable condition will be issued a full refund or exchange. Cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer (incorrect size ordered, customer changed their mind etc).

Returns received after 10, but within 30 days in a saleable condition will be issued an exchange at our discretion. Cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Returns received after 30 days, or goods received in an unsaleable condition (soiled, dirty, torn), will not be refunded or exchanged. Cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
